Native Philippine Nativity

This exquisite wooden nine-piece set is hand carved by Arman Cagayat in the Philippines. The young boy is with a carabao, or water buffalo, and the wise men are bearing gifts of mango, rice, and bananas. The figures are all in native Filipino dress, and the palm tree (with removable leaves for storage) adds a beautiful touch to the scene. Joseph is holding a straw hat, and Mary is holding the baby Jesus. All pieces are made from local wood, and the hut is approximately nine inches high. This nativity is a real treasure that can be passed down for generations!
