Ganbold Batjargal is lives in Mongolia with his wife, Urantuya, and their six children. Ganbold is a self-taught woodcarver who noticed that foreigners were buying wooden souvenirs and wanted to try his hand at the craft. He is now extremely talented and has been able to support his family with his home-based woodcarvings. His wife and children also help in the work. With the global pandemic of 2020, tourism dried up in Mongolia, and Ganbold was extremely grateful to find Elevita to help him sell his beautiful carvings.
